The Consecration of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
As our nation marks the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the bishops of the United States will consecrate our country to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 11, 2026. In communion with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, every parish, school, apostolate, and Catholic community throughout the Archdiocese of Los Angeles is invited to participate in this historic moment of prayer and renewal.
As we celebrate 250 years of history, faith, and hope, Catholics across the country are invited to renew our trust in the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This special consecration is an opportunity to place our families, communities, and nation under the loving care of Christ, whose heart is filled with mercy, compassion, and peace.
