We help education nonprofits thrive to ensure thousands of low-income youth have a better chance to learn and achieve against the odds.

Working on the front lines of high-poverty, urban communities, non-profit CEOs need more than creative curriculum and a heart for helping low-income youth to keep the lights on and the doors open. Engaged in a challenging and often lonely job, non-profit CEOs need the proven successful business and leadership training, coaching, mentoring, networking and accountability that our City Scholars® Fellowship provides tuition-free ... thanks to executive volunteers and corporate partners. Our City Scholars® Foundation Fellows, currently 23 smart, passionate and extraordinarily collaborative non-profit CEOs, convene monthly with corporate and community leaders who help them build skills, confidence and connections to grow education non-profits from survival to success to significance. We're proud to inspire, challenge, equip and encourage our Foundation Fellows to help over 40,000 predominantly low-income youth each year throughout the five-county Greater Los Angeles region achieve against the odds in school and in life.

To expand our impact throughout Southern California and beyond, we're looking for an exceptionally organized and highly motivated FOUNDATION ADMINISTRATOR with a "roll up your sleeves, let's do this and consider it done" spirit to take charge of (1) program meeting and event coordination, (2) communications and philanthropy administration and (3) day-to-day administrative operations.

Our FOUNDATION ADMINISTRATOR reports to our Founder & President and works closely with our Associate Director and Graduate Associate(s).

Compensation: $65,000/year working generally 32 hours/week Monday - Thursday + occasional Fridays for board meetings, community events and special projects. This role is full-time, exempt, benefits eligible.
