EGAO

EGAOは米国南カリフォルニアを中心に被災地支援活動をする非営利団体です EGAO（えがお）is a California nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles.

It was
created to bring smiles back to people after natural disasters. EGAO (EGG-ah-oh) is a Japanese word for “smiles.”

非営利団体EGAOは、『楽しく笑顔で被災地を支援し、笑顔を贈ってまた笑顔をもらう、笑顔を巡らせる』団体で、東北、世界に向けてロサンゼルス地区を中心に活動しています。

15年も経ったんですね。　東北の事をいつも以上に考え、人懐こい笑顔☺️を想い出しています。　東北だけでなく災害はいつ、どこで起きるかわかりません。　日頃から防災グッズの点検、近所への声掛けを忘れないようにしましょう。☺️

2週に渡りValley Japanese Community Center, San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Templeのお盆に出店させて頂きました。　毎年お手伝いして下さるお友達、そして数年に渡り立ち寄って下さるサポーター、新しく立ち寄って下さるみなさんのお陰で楽しいEGAO多きイベントでした♪ ありがとうございました。🥰　引き続きEGAOをよろしくお願いします❣️

Join us at the for our annual gathering of joy with something for everyone: join the dance circle, win big at bingo, find a treasure or two in the flea market, marvel at the performances from taiko to martial arts, and satisfy your cravings for the best Japanese American cuisine in the city!
