The success of the Hollenbeck PAL is a direct reflection of the leadership guiding the LAPD Hollenbeck PAL Board of Directors. Today, we proudly recognize the dedicated individuals helping turn HPAL’s mission of serving youth and families into meaningful action throughout our community. 💙

Navigating the challenges facing our neighborhoods requires more than commitment, it requires vision, partnership, and leadership. PAL-UP is a hands-on youth career development program that helps participants discover their strengths, explore career paths, and build real-world skills. Through workshops, mentorship, and connections with industry professionals, youth gain the confidence and tools to pursue their future.
