The Bruce Lee Foundation is proud to join for Warriors of Wellness—a Lunar New Year celebration uplifting youth mental health and resilience.

All proceeds from the auction directly support the Bruce Lee Foundation’s mission to uplift and empower youth mental wellness through martial arts, mindfulness, and the teachings of Bruce Lee.

I know that the world feels challenging right now, and we cannot discount that in any way so I will just use my father’s words here as a reminder to stay hopeful and present with your attitude and your actions; “You cannot invite the wind, but you can leave the window open.”

And so we will continue to throw open the windows and wish for a gentle breeze to move through to renew us when it feels like a lot or we get mired in negativity. Thank you for being the gentle breeze that helps us to continue to bring empowerment to youth through martial arts and mindfulness. Together we are everything.
