This quarter we’re celebrating Art & Culture in Los Feliz and our first highlight is Skylight Theatre! This 99 seat theater is pure magic!! With a commitment to local artists, Skylight Theatre envisions a future where storytellers from a diverse background have access to the opportunities and support they need to produce plays and grow within a state-of-the-art theater for an engaged audience representative of Los Angeles.

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Dave Goodman, a cherished member of the Los Feliz community and a steadfast advocate for local businesses. As the owner of Goodman’s (formerly Box Brothers), Dave built a lasting legacy in Los Feliz, offering exceptional service for over 30 years. His unwavering dedication to the neighborhood and its people left a profound impact on all who knew him.

Dave’s leadership extended beyond his business and he served as Treasurer on the Los Feliz Village BID Board as recently as 2018, always working to improve the community he loved.

His passion for Los Feliz and its residents will live on, and his presence will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who were fortunate to cross his path. Rest in peace, Dave. You will forever be remembered.

After years of talking about it at our meetings, we’re finally getting a Farmer’s Market again!! Thank you to Devin Homsey, District A Rep on the , for connecting us with Coastal Pacific Farmer’s Market to help make our dreams come true!!

Save The Date…June 6th, 4-7pm, at the Elysian Masonic Lodge parking lot (1900 N. Vermont Ave) for the kickoff!
