The BIA Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter hit the links on June 1st at Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort for a day packed with competition, networking, prizes, and great memories.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on November 19th at the LA/Ventura Chapter 2025 Awards & Installation Gala at the Skirball Cultural Center. We were honored to celebrate an incredible evening recognizing leadership, service, and commitment across our region.

We proudly installed 2025 President Nathan Keith of Tejon Ranch and acknowledged the incoming 2026 Board of Directors, whose dedication will guide the chapter into the year ahead.

This year, we also honored our Hall of Legends inductees: Richard Dunbar and Greg McWilliams, whose longtime impact continues to shape our industry.

Our Southern California Housing Humanitarian Award recipients, Supervisor Lindsey Horvath and Supervisor Kathryn Barger, were recognized for their leadership across Los Angeles County.
