YSN provides 24-hour care and a full range of services to neglected, abused and abandoned adolescent boys in 3 residential homes in safe San Fernando Valley neighborhoods. Our treatment program includes medical and psychiatric services, individual, group and family counseling, anger management and substance abuse counseling, life-skills and independent living skills training, academic remediation

and tutoring, school advocacy, job readiness/vocational training. mentoring and recreational, cultural enrichment, athletic and educational activities in the community. Our goal is to provide whatever services our boys need to achieve permanency and stability in their lives, whether it is to be reunified with their family, live with extended family members, transition to a foster home, or graduate to transitional housing and independence.

The young men at Youth Services Network step up to help our community during the COVID19 crisis. Teaming up with volunteer AJ Apone of The Mask Initiative, they are producing n95 masks on a 3D Printer to be delivered to first responders and medical personnel. These young men are doing their part to "stay at home" for however long is needed ...and are determined to contribute everything they can to support their community. Please support Team YSN/The Mask Initiative to purchase more equipment to increase production...your contribution will go directly to buying a 2nd 3D printer, iMac and materials to bring the project to our second home and double the number of masks YSN brings to our heroes on the front lines.

At YSN, supporting and encouraging our boys is one of our top priorities. One of our new boys opened up and expressed that he has always wanted to learn to play piano. We are reaching out to see if anyone would like to give him lessons, or know someone who would, either for a low cost or a volunteer. We are also looking for a keyboard for him!
This is the kind of thing that can really make a difference in the lives of our boys and we are so grateful for your support and help fulfilling the dreams of one of our boys!
