"Most importantly, the Back to School backpack event helped our students feel special. The excitement of receiving a new backpack and supplies created a memorable experience and reminded our students that there is a community of people who believe in them, care about their education, and want to see them succeed."
— Superintendent Gabriela Tavitian
Since the beginning of this initiative in 2023, we've distributed over 23,500 backpacks, 4,500 of which were distributed this year alone. To us, a backpack is more than just school supplies; it represents opportunity, confidence, and the message that every child deserves the chance to learn and thrive.
We're honored to have brought this initiative to so many schools this summer, providing backpacks and essential school supplies to students in districts across Southern California. Thank you to everyone for making this program so special!
