Over 700 teens. One mission: lead with kindness.

Our Teen Summit on April 1 brought together students from across Southern California for a day of service, leadership, and real impact, with powerful insights from Brian Williams, Mark Hood of Union Rescue Mission, and Mary Davis of Worthy of Love. Together, these speakers and young leaders supported meaningful service projects where they wrote letters, packed birthday goodie bags, and created hygiene kits for homeless children.

Also, a very special thank you to the Panda Cares Foundation and Panda Express for helping provide us with support for our lunchtime distribution. THIS is what it looks like when kind people come together with purpose!

Good sleep is essential for physical and mental health. Not only can it strengthen your immune system, but it can also improve heart health, regulate metabolism, and even make you stronger! Be kind to yourself by going to bed early and getting a good night's sleep.

The Kindness Is Free Summit was truly one for the books! 🩵✨ Youth from schools and clubs across our community came together for a powerful day of service, leadership, and learning what it means to be a kind leader. The energy, passion, and commitment to kindness in the room was incredible! 🤩

A huge thank you to our keynote speaker Brian Williams from Think Kindness for his impactful presentation. We’re also grateful to our amazing panelists Mark Hood from Union Rescue Mission and Mary Davis from Worthy of Love for sharing their voices and the incredible work they do to uplift their communities.

Thank you to all the schools, clubs, and youth who spent the day spreading kindness and proving that kindness is free, but the impact is priceless. 🩵💙
