In honor of the last week of College Awareness month, the Neighborhood Partnership Program is excited to present our first SPIRIT WEEK! 📚😊

From Monday (10/26) through Sunday (11/1), each day of this upcoming week is dedicated to a different dress up theme! Make sure to send us a pic of you dressed in your spirit week fit so we can share it on our page highlights!

In addition, each member of our NPP leadership team will be hosting IG takeovers this week on our story! Tune in to our story to watch our team take us through a day in their life and answer Q&A questions about college! :)

The first two weeks of our Oxy Virtual Visits were a success! Thank you so much to all of the amazing students and Gear Up staff who joined us, we hope you enjoyed your visit :)

The Neighborhood Partnership Program is looking for volunteers to give their time on Thursday, February 16th!

Are you part of a club of sports team on campus? Are you doing interesting research or academic work? Lead a workshop teaching eighth graders about the college experience!

We are looking for some people to volunteer as tour guides from 10 am-12:50 pm and anyone who can be a student panelist and talk about their college experience. The shifts for being a student panelist are: 10-10:30 and 10:40-11:10. Let me know if you would like to volunteer!!

It has been a pleasure to have Frances Nova '12 serve as the director of Neighborhood Partnership Program. Although we are sad to see her go, we wish her all the best in her new endeavors! She has changed NPP in numerous ways since her undergraduate days, and we know she will bring all her talents to her new job! We'll miss you, Frances!

The Neighborhood Partnership Program in partnership with GEAR UP 4 LA is looking to hire an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites. The Social Media Intern is responsible for coordinating and executing GEAR UP social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among students and parents.
