Join us on Thursday June 4th 9pm EST / 6PM PST for our monthly series with Joshua Rodriguez about "Men’s Groups, Emotional Accountability, Communication, and Relationship Dynamics: A Guided Discussion"

This talk focuses on the importance of men’s circles and emotional safety between men, accountability and communication, inherited ideas around masculinity, power dynamics in relationships and community, vulnerability without shame and building healthier relationships with ourselves and others. This is going to be more of a guided discussion than a presentation per se.

Joshua Rodriguez is a facilitator and educator specializing in men’s work, emotional accountability, communication, and relational dynamics. For the past several years, he has facilitated men’s circles, group programs, and community-based conversations focused on self-awareness, masculinity, vulnerability, and interpersonal growth.

His work combines structured dialogue, reflective practices, and group facilitation to help individuals better understand themselves, improve communication, and build healthier relationships with others. Joshua’s approach emphasizes accountability, embodiment, emotional safety, and practical integration rather than purely theoretical discussion.

Drawing from both professional and lived experience, Joshua creates spaces designed to encourage honest reflection, meaningful connection, and sustainable personal growth.

In this talk, Tõnis Hinnosaar introduces the Adonelle Touch Framework, developed through his book Adonelle Touch: How S*x-Positive Values Create Brands and Businesses People Trust. This presentation explores how sex-positive values offer a language for trust, autonomy, and healthy interaction, and how that language can help organisations lead, communicate, and build stronger relationships with employees and customers. Tõnis will introduce the core ideas behind the framework, share examples of their organisational application, and reflect on the personal and professional journey that led him to write the book.
