We are excited to launch AI for Job Seekers, a new self-paced online course created in partnership with Big Apple Connect to help New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) residents navigate today's fast changing hiring landscape.

AI is rapidly shifting how people search for jobs, draft application materials, and prepare for interviews.

Through Big Apple Connect, this resource reaches 500,000+ NYCHA residents across New York City, equipping job seekers with digital and AI fluency to pursue new career opportunities on their own terms.

21 women in Milwaukee are taking the wheel on their career pathways today as we kick off our new SHE Drives Commercial Driver’s License cohort with WRTP | BIG STEP!

Through this partnership, we integrate essential digital skills training directly into trade pre-apprenticeships and workforce development programs. By pairing trade programs like commercial driving and water infrastructure with practical digital skills, we help participants step into new careers with confidence.

This kickoff marks our second cohort with WRTP BIG STEP, following the successful completion of our 5-week water infrastructure program.

Reliable internet access determines how we navigate healthcare, support our families, and manage daily life. Yet for millions of households across the country, cost remains a primary barrier to staying online.

New findings from the 2026 Lifeline subscriber survey bring the reality of affordability into focus:

• 96% of subscribers report they cannot afford any monthly service fee.
• 85% would lose service entirely without the Lifeline benefit, as they cannot pay full price.
• 66% rely on their connection for telehealth appointments and ordering medication.
• 81% use their service to stay connected with family and friends.

While 8.79 million people are currently enrolled in Lifeline, the FCC estimates that over 38.5 million households are eligible.

Everyone On ensures all communities can participate in our digital world by connecting people to affordable internet offers, device distributions, and digital skills trainings.

This week, we kicked off a Digital Skills Training for K-12 parents in Los Angeles County with Our Voice / Nuestra Voz.

During the first day of the training, parents received laptops, were introduced to the course topics, and discussed their personal goals. Our participants were energized to start this journey and learn skills to advocate for their kids' education.

Thanks to ONEgeneration for hosting this training session and to the California Public Utilities Commission for supporting this important digital access program.
