Navigating severe anxiety can feel incredibly isolating, especially for young people trying to manage the everyday pressures of school and life. While keeping a few grounding exercises in your toolkit is a great first step, getting long-term support makes all the difference.

School wellness centers are staffed with mental health professionals who are there to help students build lasting resilience and coping strategies. You never have to navigate the heavy stuff alone help is right on campus.

Student health doesn’t happen in isolation, it takes schools, families, wellness centers, and community partners all moving together. Today’s Wellness Network Learning Collaborative at The California Endowment was a reminder of exactly that. We shared data, celebrated a year of powerful programming, and left more connected than when we walked in.
