Finally back home from seeing on Friday! Such an amazing show, and it was so fun to hang out with everyone! But a big highlight of the trip was visiting in person to check out their stack of Gatsbys vinyl! All of our releases are available there in the local section! Thanks to Kay at Sonic Boom Records for helping this happen!

So excited tonight for Gatsbys American Dream at The Crocodile in Seattle! We wanted to send out a quick update to mention that there will be a show exclusive variant cover! Limited to 38 copies, they will be available at the show while supplies last. Leftovers will be added to our webstore, pending availability. We'll send out another email if that is the case.

This came together as a result of some leftover risograph printing experiments early on in production of the reissue. As a way to put those experiments to good use, we decided on a show exclusive jacket!

Each cover has been painted with metallic spray paint, with a 2 color risograph cutout artwork on the front. On the back, there's more 2 color risograph artwork, along with off-register labels from the other editions. They're hand numbered, noting the date and the city, with random pink paint splotches. Each jacket is a little different.

We'll see you at the show!

waking up a dormant band some 2 decades later is A LOT of hard work, but we wouldn't and couldn't do it without all of you showing up and singing along so kudos 👏
unbelievably we're just a few weeks away from performing in our hometown once again!
we HIGHLY recommend getting tickets ASAP as we close in on the show and want all of our friends to be in attendance!

The band was excited to announce recently that they've obtained the master rights to both Why We Fight and Ribbons & Sugar, thanks to merch sales from their LA show. 50% of profits of this release go to the band, so hopefully they can get more master rights of other releases happening in the future.

We used the original lyric sheet for “Epilogue” by , as an element in the liner notes of the 20th anniversary of , courtesy of the fabulous ! Made a post so you can zoom in on it. Unaltered image is second.

Fun fact, as you can see, it was originally called “The Snake’s Epilogue” It was fun to go kind of wild on the liner notes while having a minimalist exterior. Which still has a shiny element, haha.
