Our perfect shepherd Bodhi is still looking for a home!
For over 700 days, Bodhi has been patiently waiting for his people to find him. In early July 2024, one of our volunteers was taking out the trash when Bodhi wandered onto her porch in South Central Los Angeles, with his ribs fully visible and no microchip or tags. With shelters overflowing during the holiday week, they knew they had to save him from ever setting foot in one.
Bodhi is a truly special boy. At just 3 years old, he has now spent most of his life without a family of his own. In the time he’s been searching, he has completed significant hours of professional training on obedience, rules, manners, and is fully e-collar trained.
He is a total charmer, with a playful spirit, undying loyalty, and a craving for connection and companionship. If you’re the type of person who loves to go for an adventure and then snuggle up with a dog and relax, this is the dog for you.
