Two NYPD officers played a critical role in stopping an ISIS-inspired plot outside Gracie Mansion from turning deadly. NYPD Chief Aaron Edwards jumped over an iron barrier and tackled one of the suspects, while Sgt. Luis Navarro ran toward a lit IED to protect nearby protesters.
