Last week at our Burbank Community YMCA, Robert Vargas unveiled his mural: a tribute to connection and belonging. Families and community members joined for fun games, activities, and connection.

During our Officer Retreat at YMCA Camp Surf, we asked delegates to share their story of how they got involved with the YMCA and what the Y means to them.

"I think that through my experience through Model Legislature & Court and also through my summer experience this year... I’ve added yet another value to those three core ones: to truly uplift"

"I've really just become who I am as a person. Someone who wants to make the world a better place. I've really just started to love life because of the YMCA program."

"Y&G means to me... you are interacting with a lot of people. I have developed connections with people within my delegation. I'm forever grateful for that."

Last week, thousands of Angelenos came to Downtown LA to climb the stairs of the U.S. Bank tower for Ketchum-Downtown YMCA's 33rd Annual Stair Climb & Urban Hike event!

This year is special, because we're also celebrating 40 years of Ketchum-Downtown YMCA serving our communities in DTLA.

Participants climbed and hiked their way to success - all to support the Ketchum-Downtown YMCA's free and low-cost programs for children, teens, families, and seniors living in under-resourced communities.

And a huge shoutout to everyone who made today a success!
