TONIGHT! ! Join Hollywood Prayer Network and Exodus Cry this Thursday, October 8, for a FREE screening of HIGH CLASS, FREE popcorn, and a powerful conversation with filmmakers, advocates, and a survivor of s*x trafficking.

If you care about ending s*xual exploitation but aren’t sure how to pray or make a difference, this evening is for you.

Join us in praying for Chrissy Metz. Her career has not always been what she envisioned, but it is what God had planned for her. Looking back, she can see that the path she had planned was not what He had planned and she needed to trust in Him to guide her.

The entertainment industry is never a linear path, nor what we expect to see as "success". But God has laid it out before us as He intended and how we much accomplish things for ourselves and to grow closer to Him. So while you pray for Chrissy Metz, also pray for the thousands of people who are struggling to find their way in Hollywood. Their perseverance and faith will lead them to their own success.

Join us in praying for touring artists. Touring can be very challenging on one's mind and body, no matter how experienced they are. We pray that God strengthens them, their crews, and those in attendance. May their concerts become a safe place for everyone and ultimately lead them to Him.

Pray for Sidney Sweeney and women in entertainment. Pray for Jesus' love to reach them and strengthen them in their careers. May they value their bodies and lives as children of God. Jesus teaches us not to judge or hate, but love our neighbors. May we all embody Jesus in our lives and careers.

Artist Raye has been opening for Bruno Mars on his "The Romantic Tour". Both artists are well known Christians who have openly shared their faith through their craft and interviews. Join us in praying for them both, and anyone else who joins them on this tour. Ask the Lord to give them strength both physically and mentally as they pour their hearts into performing, and connect them with their audiences. Allow their music and presence to be a showing of your light and a way for people to meet you.

Join us in praying for Denzel Washington. Being one of the most notable names in Hollywood does not come easy, but he continues to keep Jesus first in his heart. God's plan is bigger than any one individual, but collectively we can do our part and execute His will.

25 years ago our country suffered the worst terrorist attack in history. Almost 3,000 people died on this day, and over 3,000 more since from complications and chronic illnesses. Although most commonly known for the attack on the Twin Towers in New York City, there were 4 planes in total that were hijacked; two in NYC, one on the Pentagon in Virginia, and one that went down in a field in Pennsylvania on its way to Washington D.C. The scars from this day are still evident so many years later. We will never forget those innocent lives that were lost or the hundreds of first responders that ran into danger to save people.

Today we are remembering them and praying for their families. We are praying for the survivors, and we are praying for those that are still battling illnesses 25 years later.

Today is Su***de Prevention Day. This day is meant to raise awareness and inform both the general public and policy makers on the severity of mental health and providing people with resources. It is the final year of the multi-year theme of "Changing the narrative on Su***de". ANYONE can struggle with mental health. According to a study the CDC did, people in the entertainment industry are the most likely group to develop mental health issues due to the demanding and challenging environment. Although there have been improvements so far in raising awareness on sets and among crews, we still have a long way to go. Learn how you can get involved or support those around you on the World Health Organization website, and join us in praying for everyone that suffers from mental health and our fellow creatives in the industry.
