❤️‍🩹When Ericka Bernard first walked into The Salvation Army Siemon Family Youth & Community Center in Los Angeles, she was struggling with finances, transportation and lack of family support, all while caring for her young daughter. ⁠
⁠
But at The Salvation Army, she found the Pathway of Hope, an initiative providing individualized support to families along the path to long-term stability. ⁠

☝️"Breaking cycles of adversity is possible when families receive the right support and guidance," explained Pamela D**g, a Pathway of Hope supervisor. ⁠
