Garrett is a 10-week-old Lab mix looking for his furever home!

He is a sweet, social puppy with a heart full of love. While his sister is often off exploring, Garrett prefers being close to his humans and part of whatever is going on.

Affectionate and easygoing, Garrett enjoys playing, learning, and soaking up attention. He loves being included in the action but is also learning that downtime can be pretty great and is becoming more comfortable settling on his own.

Garrett is highly food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding, and he’s already doing great with crate training, consistently sleeping through the night alongside his sister.

Venice and Zuma made it through their first vet visit, and we could not be prouder of them 🥹🩺

The vet put them a little younger than we first thought, closer to 10 weeks old, and at about 2 lbs each they are exactly as small as they look. Both were curious and calm the whole way through, and we’re still waiting on one last f***l result before we can give the full all-clear.

Venice has decided his favorite place in the world is his foster’s arms, and he will let you know if you put him down. Zuma is a little more her own person, just as happy playing solo as she is curled up beside you. Two very different dogs, and both of them perfect.

Looking for the perfect low-maintenance best friend? Trudy is your girl! 💁‍♀️

She is a 3-year-old, 12lb Chihuahua mix looking for her furever home!

This little shadow loves being close to her people and will happily follow you from room to room before curling up nearby for a nap. She’s a low-energy girl who enjoys belly rubs, leisurely walks, cozy naps, and the occasional game of fetch with her favorite squeaky toys.

Trudy walks beautifully on leash, sleeps soundly through the night in her crate, and is making great progress with her house training. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly and becomes the most devoted companion.

Trudy’s ideal home is with someone who is around often and wants a loyal little companion to share life’s quiet moments, whether that’s relaxing on the couch, working from home, or enjoying a peaceful evening together.

We can’t believe Kanga is STILL looking for a place to call forever! 🥺

She is a 5-month-old, French Bulldog x Pug x Min Pin mix!

Kanga has really come out of her shell and her personality is shining. She’s become incredibly affectionate, often coming over for snuggles and happily curling up beside you. She’s playful, adventurous, and gets along beautifully with other dogs, thriving in their company. She loves being close to her people and will follow you from room to room, so she’d do best in a home with another pet and plenty of companionship. We anticipate she’ll be around 11–12 lbs full grown.

Our ‘Devil Wears Prada’ Litter are adopted! 👠🐾

From being abandoned in an old tire to finding loving families of their own, these puppies have come such a long way. We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of their journey and can’t wait to watch them grow into the amazing dogs they’re meant to be.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this happy ending possible! From the fosters who opened their homes and hearts, to the volunteers who showed up day after day, and the transporters who made sure each puppy got safely where they needed to be. It truly takes a village.

And to our adopters… thank you for choosing rescue and giving these dogs the happy endings they deserve!

Tigerlily is a one year old, 30lb, American Staffordshire Terrier mix still looking for her furever home! 😢

She is the kind of dog who makes you smile without even trying. She’s playful, curious, and full of life, always ready to explore the world around her. She’s an active, pocket-sized with a big personality and an even bigger heart! From sniffy walks to goofy play sessions to well-earned naps, she’s discovering what it means to just be a happy dog. She thrives with routine, loves having an outlet for her energy, and is happiest when she feels connected to her person. With people, Tigerlily may be a little thoughtful at first but once she trusts you, she really chooses you. Her loyalty, affection, and sweet, silly personality just keep growing. She would do best in a home that can offer patience, consistency, and lots of love as she continues to build confidence.

Please welcome our newest rescue, Pony! 🐾

We rescued Pony (formerly Dorothy) from West LA Animal Shelter after she was found as a stray. While at the shelter, she was consistently described as a sweet, gentle, and friendly girl with the most soulful eyes. 🥹

We were contacted by a shelter volunteer who had been keeping an eye on Pony. Despite receiving interest from potential adopters, she ultimately left the shelter without a family. We suspect the timing of her spay played a role, but whatever the reason, we are incredibly grateful we had the opportunity to step in and give her a safe place to land.

Pony was recently spayed and is now settling into foster care, where she’ll have a chance to decompress, feel safe, and show us more of her personality.

Welcome to HIT Living, Pony! We can’t wait to watch you blossom.
