A recent donation of a 1978 MG B Convertible (with hard top) is currently available to buy. Proceeds will be given to the winter storm recovery efforts in Crestline, Ca.

AND FINALLY, The City has approved the plans for our new Affordable Housing project in Granada Hills. The plans have changed many times over the last two years and wound up being approved for a three bedroom, three batroom unit. This is great news because Affordable Housing for Senior Citizens and families is very limited in this area.
The plan is to break ground in Summer 2023 because our focus has been directed to the clean up and rebuilding of the communities of Crestline, Blue Jay, Twin Peaks and Valley of Enchantment due the destructive Winter storms in our local San Bernardino Mountains. Your prayers are appreciated

Devastation in Crestline, Blue Jay, Twin Peaks and other communities. 12 dead, 8 houses confirmed destroyed, no groceries, no gas, trees/ lines down and two weeks later we are still digging and finding more destruction. Hoping corporate support and private contractors will do what the local and state government could not.

Our current project (still under review) is a home for 82 year old Maree, in The Villages, Florida. If you are considering leaving your area, you should really check out the Villages, Fla. and surrounding areas. We've supported the purchase of three homes and two buildable parcels. Great senior living with low taxes and nice weather.

First of all, I want to thank you and the Brightheart Homes Foundation for the help with this home buying experience.
A little about myself and my family.
I come from a military family, my father was a drill instructor in the Army,
My older brother is a paratrooper in the Army, younger brother is a signalman in the Navy!
Both brothers live in Lake Isabella area and raised their children and grandchildren there, so I have a lot of families there.

I’m a single father with 1 daughter, now 31 and on her own.
I am retiring soon after 32 years as a lineman here in Westminster California and would love to live close to my brothers and their families!
I love the house and the area and love the idea of fixing up the place for many family get-togethers.
So again thank you for considering me and for all the help you have given me.

Can't believe a year has gone by already, so we better update everyone before we leave town again. Just received this picture today of the North Carolina House we bought. New roof, new paint, and siding. Don't worry, it just looks purple but it's actually blue.

Covid couldn't stop us, we are back and getting ready for a great 2021!! Just returned from evaluating a few properties in North Carolina and creating new partnerships.

It was a wonderful trip, getting back to my back East roots, nice people and great food! Enjoyed our time in Black Mountain, Hendersonville and the surrounding areas.
