Savage Lands x Bergwaldprojekt: We're joining forces!

What happens when the energy of the metal scene meets active nature conservation? A pretty powerful alliance for nature.

Savagae Lands mobilizes the international metal community to protect nature. For decades, the Bergwaldprojekt has been bringing people into ecosystems to protect and restore forests, bogs, and other valuable habitats.

From now on, we're joining forces. YES! 🤘

How about combining making Metal music with protecting the natural world?
SAVAGE LANDS are making it possible and I’m truly happy to announce that I have decided to join their movement and support their actions.
SAVAGE LANDS is an NGO, focused on preserving biodiversity and doing it the right way. They buy strategic parts of land, plant the right species of trees and ally with great local partners to make it happen.
Find out more following the link on my profile! Stay tuned and long live the Army of the Trees!

With love,
Clémentine

Trees resisting 45 degrees and no water ?
This was our first attempt. 1500 trees at Hellfest. Now we’re going bigger : 10,000 trees next year alongside with the local community and several supporting major Metal artists.

A plantation, an event, some metal and the growing army of the trees. A cultural movement providing results.
The missing link between the microphone on stage and the results on the field.

I visited the SPCA de Montréal animal shelter!

Many thanks to their wonderful staff for showing me around, and for teaching me about their noble mission: to rescue, nurse, protect and find loving homes for animals in need.
