We just wrapped up our summer programming, bringing young people together for days filled with creativity, collaboration, learning, and plenty of fun.
From trying new art forms to building something together, this summer was all about giving students the space to create, connect, and discover what they can do.

Mental health is just as important as physical health and creativity can be a powerful tool in supporting it 💭✨

At Theatre of Hearts, we see every day how artistic expression creates space for young people to process emotions, build confidence, and feel seen. Studies show that youth who engage in the arts are 45% less likely to experience symptoms of depression and anxiety and that impact is real in our classrooms.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re proud to continue creating safe, creative spaces where healing and self-expression go hand in hand.
