The ACFLS Charitable Foundation has now accepting applications for the 23/24 grant giving season. Applications are open until Oct 31 and grant awards will be disbursed in December and March. We are happy to announce that the ACFLS-CF 2023 "Family Matters" campaign is now live and we are already at 15% of our very achievable, yet audacious goal of $25,000 for the year to help support the critical legal and professional infrastructure of the California Family Law system.

We need your help to make sure we can support those families and individuals in low income or underserved communities, giving them the opportunities and resources they need to deal with issues such as domestic violence, child custody, parent-child relationship issues and so many other critical situations. It's our duty to do so, and we've worked very hard to get this far.

Any donation amount is helpful, and all we ask of you is to contribute something comfortable to you to give back to your community. As we are a 501c3, all donations are tax deductible within the full extent that the law provides.

The ACFLS Charitable Foundation and Angel Flight West collaborated on a fantastic program for family law professionals called Soaring For Safety, which supports the use of Angel Flight West's pilot roster to help victims of domestic violence, spousal abuse, etc relocate to a safe location. This service is discreet and efficient, and 100% free to everyone who requires assistance.
