reframing our language is magical superpower! ⚡️👁️✨

it takes strength to flip a perspective from a negative mindset into a positive one when something doesn’t go the way we want it to. its easy to feel powerless & defeated in these moments & that’s okay!

breathe into the moment. feel how it feels to not receive what you desire; for in this feeling is a beautiful gift.

the gift is choice. you have power in this moment to choose. choose to feel disempowered or choose to accept that what ever isn’t working for you is a gift from the universe - even if you can’t see why.

maybe you really didn’t want the thing you didn’t receive. maybe it’s a reminder that you are out alignment with the way you expend your energy, or it’s time to put more energy towards what you really want to receive.

your power returns to you when you flip the narrative to one of gratitude; for gratitude is the universe’s love language.

it becomes why is this happening FOR me? & the blessings flood in ✨
