Aside from the blatant mishandling of citizens by police officers, there is a need for a different kind of response for situations like these. No arrests are necessary for these types of incidents.

It’s the latest violent incident involving the Alberta RCMP. The officer is under investigation.

“ We can all say a lot of pretty words about San Francisco values, but the proof is in the budget. The top-paid employees are not teachers or nurses, they are SFPD and Sheriff. Why should SFPD get a $43 million increase while schools are facing $26 million in cuts?”

So now that the country is railing against the system. We have to have our needs met. Not just for George Floyd, but for the entire system to adhere to. So here are a few of my needs that I would like to see met.

1. LEO'S must maintain a certain work credit score to stay employed by the city. Just like consumer credit, work performance is determined by positive and negative influences over the course of time. Officer's must also maintain their own insurance, not paid for by the city.

2. LEO's should be tested yearly on the Bill of Rights and the 27 amendments, and must be able to pass with no less than an 80%

3. An officer's gun must not be drawn unless he is fired upon. Guns should only be used in a defensive manner- never an offensive manner. If we can ask our military to abide by this law, then our police officers can abide by it too.

4. If a shooting occurs, and a suspect is unarmed, the officer is automatically terminated, and loses his protection of the police union.

5. In traffic stops, If a citizen is to be asked to exit the vehicle, he must be allowed to stand within sight of the interior of his car. If he has a recording device, he must be allowed to record, with his view unencumbered. If an officer feels the need to call for a K9 Unit because of the scent of ma*****na, and that dog hits on a vehicle, but no drugs are found, then that officer, and that dog's credit score is affected.

6. Any offense less than a felony cannot lead to an arrest.

7. Traffic offenses must be directly relative of that city's population. If minorities only represent 5% of a city's population, then the courts should only contain 5% of minority defendants.

8. Traffic stops must have a completion time of no more than 25 mins. If not completed in a timely manner, the officer's work credit score will be affected.

I have many more demands, but facebook audiences don't like reading lengthy posts. So I'll just stop here. But I'd love to see what yall come up with.
