Every expanded learning program has a “secret sauce,” the thing that makes its quality and impact truly its own. But too often, providers end up chasing funder-imposed metrics that don’t capture what actually matters about their work.
That’s exactly what our Quality & Impact tools are built to change: giving LA County providers a way to measure and tell the story of their own unique quality and impact, in their own words.
👉 Want tools built to tell your story? Learn more about the Tools Pilot (link in bio), and fill out our interest form there too, so you’re notified the moment info sessions open.

What if the tools LA County uses to measure youth programs were built by and for the people who know them best? đź’ˇ

That’s exactly what we’re doing! Expanded learning providers, youth, and families from programs across LA County, came together to define quality and impact on their terms AND created five aligned evaluation tools for the sector. Now it’s time to try them out. 🚀

This fall and spring, 20 organizations will pilot these tools, share hands-on feedback, and help shape how we collectively measure what matters most.

What’s in it for pilot partners?
✨ Stipends starting at $13,000
✨ 1:1 and group coaching
✨ Your own data profile for learning and planning
✨ A real hand in shaping what comes next

Only 20 spots. Info sessions kick off in October— dates/times TBA. 👀
