For example, preliminary calculations on twelve campus building restroom audits show hundreds of thousands of dollars (and millions of gallons of water) saved each year if inefficient fixtures are replaced. This is with a short financial breakeven time for replacement costs, not to mention the natural resources saved!

Help build our campus into a world leader in sustainability and innovation by working on this student-run project. Work with industry tools to build scalable web and mobile apps that support UCLA sustainability projects that solve problems like inefficient restroom fixtures on campus. The software tools we develop for projects are also made available for anyone in the world to use.
