At the APRI conference in Hollywood, Florida, in 2024, we had the opportunity to reconnect with members from different parts of the country and gain new knowledge. The conference inspired us for the upcoming 2024 election. I felt happy and lucky to be seated beside a member from the Downriver APRI chapter of Metro Detroit, which made me feel at home. I also had a chance encounter with some young men interested in the music industry, which allowed us to connect on a deeper level.
