Culturally diverse senior advocates will work with advocates from younger generations to share their wisdom and expertise. Our Leadership training will be designed to provide skills and knowledge about some of the following priority topics:

*The governmental legislative process
*Advocacy role of petitions and phone calls/letters to public officials
*Effective use of social networks
*Voter outreach (grassroots and online)
*Social and cultural action agendas
*Community mobilization strategies to prepare for civic engagement
