Today, we stand together to raise awareness about HIV, break the stigma, and advocate for equitable access to prevention, testing, and treatment within our Latino communities.

HIV does not define us, and knowing your status is an act of self-love and community care. ❤️

Now More Than Ever, Our Voices Matter. Together, we can build a future where everyone has access to the care, resources, and support they deserve.

✊🏽💜 Latina Equal Pay Day | Latinas are a driving force in our economy, yet we continue to face one of the largest wage gaps in the nation.

📊 The numbers speak for themselves:

💰 Latinas earn just 53 cents for every $1 earned by white, non-Hispanic men when accounting for all workers.

📉 For Latinas working full time, year round, that number rises to just 60 cents per dollar. Over a 40-year career, this disparity can cost a Latina approximately $1.2 million in lost earnings.

These aren’t just statistics. They represent missed opportunities, financial security, and generational wealth for millions of Latina women and their families.

Our work has value. Our contributions matter. And equal pay should never be up for debate. Now more than ever, our voices matter. ❤️‍🔥
