El programa 3 wins es un programa creado para nuestra comunidad por la universidad Domínguez hills. El programa 3 wins es GRATUITO no cargos escondidos el único propósito de nuestro programa es apoyar a nuestra comunidad con su salud y prevención de enfermedades. Este programa ofrece acceso a entrenadores profesionales que te ayudarán a alcanzar tus metas fitness. Control de peso, prevención de diabetes, esculpir cuerpo, clases de nutrición y prevención de enfermedades. El programa 3 wins estará ofreciendo sus servicios a partir de septiembre 9 2019. 3 Wins fitness is a fitness program offered by the kinesiology department of all Cal State Universities. The purpose of 3 Wins is to provide our communities with FREE training for weight management, weight loss, body sculpting and also providing participants with the tools to live a healthier lifestyle. 3 Wins is a growing program that has now offering their fitness services to our students and community members. The program is provided by our trainers from the kinesiology department of CSUDH at Helen Keller park. The program and services will start on September 9, 2019. Don’t miss up this opportunity, hope to see you there 🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️ Go Toros !!!!
