Authentic Thai street food, inspired by tradition.

JayJay Moo Ping was founded by Chittra Chintanarattanavej to share the flavors of Thai night markets with the Los Angeles community. Specializing in moo ping, grilled pork skewers prepared with care and tradition, the business brings the taste of home to every customer.

With support from Thai Community Development Center, a member of the API Small Business Collaborative, JayJay Moo Ping received one on one business counseling, permitting support, and access to $5,000 in capital funding. This assistance helped the business launch at Siam Night Market and continue growing its customer base.

Meet Up Boba Teahouse & Cafe is an Asian women-owned cafe creating welcoming spaces in Cambodia Town. With support from United Cambodian Community of Long Beach, a member of the API Small Business Collaborative, the owners navigated inspections, permits, and language barriers — successfully opening their second location within a year.

Celebrating an incredible milestone for Portola Pharmacy, a long-standing community anchor in El Sereno. With one-on-one support from Chinatown Service Center, a member of the API Small Business Collaborative, the pharmacy successfully secured a $1.57M loan to relocate to a more accessible facility, hire additional team members, and expand its services.

Under owner Geneva Chen, Portola Pharmacy continues to provide trusted, culturally informed care to multicultural, underserved communities. We’re proud to support their growth and legacy.
