More housing for Veterans is pre-leasing soon on the West LA VA campus!

Developed in partnership with VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and The Veterans Collective, 748 Bonsall offers safe, supportive housing for Veterans with move-in ready units and spaces for connection in a thoughtfully designed setting that promotes wellness and recovery.

This new residential community is part of a broader effort to support the evolving needs of Veterans, including women Veterans.

Features include:
✅ Fully-furnished studio and one-bedroom units with private bathrooms
✅ Secure building access and a calm living environment
✅ Community spaces designed for connection and well-being
✅ On-site supportive services provided by U.S.VETS
✅ Family-friendly features, including space for children

Pre-leasing begins May 19 with move-ins expected July 2026.

TVC is pleased to share our partner Century Housing has closed on Building 409 that will deliver 351 supportive homes for Veterans transitioning from homelessness. We’re one step closer to getting our off the streets. Good work team!

We are saddened by the passing of legendary architect Frank Gehry. His visionary work lives on in buildings around the world, including the beautiful new housing community he designed on the West Los Angeles VA campus—Building 701 McArthur—developed by The Veterans Collective partner Thomas Safran & Associates. An Army veteran himself, Gehry understood the distinct needs of those who have served and created a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where veterans can recover and thrive. On behalf of The Veterans Collective and all whom we serve, we extend our gratitude to Mr. Gehry and our condolences to his family and colleagues.

Steadfast partner Tunnel to Towers Foundation has provided extensive funding to house our nation’s heroes on the West LA VA Campus. The Foundation’s extraordinary support has provided for development of every housing unit on campus—more than 1,200 new homes for Veterans and families.

We’re proud to work together to ensure the Veterans who served our country get the housing, services and care they deserve.
