🎉 Congratulations to Fulfillment Fund alum Coco Li on starting her first job at Capital Group!

A recent UCLA graduate and former LA Rams Kenny Washington Memorial Scholar, Coco has been building toward this moment with support from Fulfillment Fund’s Career Readiness Program. Through career advising, mentorship, workshops, and opportunities to connect with professionals, she has been able to explore her interests, build her skills, and gain the confidence to pursue what’s next.

Last year, she attended Picture Your Perfect Career Day, where she connected with professionals and landed a Supply Chain internship with AIT Worldwide Logistics. Today, she’s continuing that journey as a PCS GIC Associate at longtime Fulfillment Fund partner Capital Group.

With support from Carla, our Career Advisor, and PJ, our Manager, Community Engagement & Partnerships, Coco kept exploring opportunities and figuring out where her interests could take her. Her journey is a great example of what Career Readiness is all about: helping students build the skills, connections, and confidence to move from college to career.

And sometimes, one conversation can open the door to what comes next.

For Adriana, having Fulfillment Fund in her corner meant having someone to turn to for guidance, support, and a clearer path forward as she navigated college.

Now at USC, she’s continuing to build toward the future she envisioned for herself.
