The H4H Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with Radiant Futures, an organization building a safer community by providing crisis support, survivor services, and education to prevent domestic violence and trafficking.

As part of this partnership, The H4H Foundation will deliver WELLNESS CARE-4-YOU Hygiene Kits and Bear Hugs — Hugs That Heal emotional support teddy bears to children and youth served by Radiant Futures.

The H4H Foundation – Holistic Wellness – Nutrition-4-Teens Hydration Session 💧 combined with Arts & Crafts-4-Healing

At Community Youth Gathering, with extreme heat gripping Southern California, we brought together a holistic combination of two programs in one session.

We drove home a simple truth for our youth: hydration is the foundation of wellness. Water regulates body temperature, fuels energy, and keeps the mind sharp—especially critical during summer heat. We challenged them to choose water over soda, a small decision with a powerful impact on how they feel, think, and grow.

Our Arts & Crafts-4-Healing program took it one step further, with participants creating their own water bottle labels bursting with messages of hope, kindness, courage, and self-belief—turning a daily habit into a daily reminder to choose wellness, together.

The H4H Foundation Holistic Wellness Session — getting ready for Nutrition-4-Children & Youth, where 40 children and youth will build the knowledge to fuel their bodies and power their minds. The session will be held at the Melinda Hoag Smith Center for Healthy Living, in partnership with Girls Inc., and led by Aditi Shah, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Session: Snack Smackdown — Healthy vs. Unhealthy. Each session includes: brief, engaging nutrition education, live food demonstrations, tasting and interactive participation, and practical tips aligned with teen schedules, budgets, and real-life settings. Meet Rishi, a 20-year-old volunteer with The H4H Foundation, since 5 years, who truly embodies what it means to give back with heart, purpose, and compassion. Standing beside “Hope,” our beloved Bear Hugs ambassador, Rishi represents the spirit behind every act of kindness we bring into the community.

Through initiatives like 🧸 Bear Hugs – Hugs That Heal, we are not just giving teddy bears—we are delivering comfort, emotional support, and a reminder to children and youth that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

💙 Volunteers like Rishi are the backbone of our mission—showing up, stepping in, and making a difference where it matters most.

At just 20 years old, he reminds us:
