ALREADY IN HUD-VASH? SAVE THIS.

The VA just announced a new $29 million program that specifically includes eligible Veterans participating in HUD-VASH.

What could be available?

• Food, clothing, blankets and hygiene essentials
• Tablets, smartphones and other technology to help Veterans stay connected
• Transportation to medical and counseling appointments
• Transportation while searching for housing
• Transportation for employment needs
• Rides to obtain food and other essential supplies

VA medical centers are expected to begin providing eligible goods and services in early FY2027. Transportation services are expected to begin after contracts are awarded.

At Fari Foundation, we want women Veterans and their families to know about resources before they need them.

INFORMATION IS A RESOURCE.

A newly announced $29 million VA initiative will expand support for eligible Veterans experiencing homelessness and Veterans participating in HUD-VASH.

Essential goods. Technology for connection. Transportation to care, housing and employment opportunities.

At Fari Foundation, our role is bigger than sharing resources. It is helping ensure Veterans know where to look, what questions to ask, and when new support becomes available.
