DAF Day 2026 is here. A nationwide celebration of generosity through Donor-Advised Funds.

When you make a DAF gift to Rainbow Labs today, you’re helping us create safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces where young people can build community, grow as leaders, and dream big.

Here’s how you can take part:
✅ Decide which organizations to support with your DAF — like Rainbow Labs, to help strengthen the future for LGBTQIA+ youth.
✅ Give easily and get counted in today’s impact by giving through DAFpay at dafday.com

✅ Celebrate the power of giving together by spreading the word.

🧡 Today your DAF can do more than ever before. Join us and be part of the movement.

NEW STAFF ALERT: Everyone, welcome Xochilt to the RLABS Team! 🌈

One of Rainbow Labs’ incoming interns, Xochilt Garcia, is an interdisciplinary individual who has overcome adversity by leaning on her passions!
🎨🖌️
There is nothing quite as nurturing as harboring one’s creations. Her creative work has been exhibited in institutions such as The Academy Museum and The Huntington Library in Pasadena, as well as local galleries around Los Angeles.

She values stepping out of one’s comfort zone towards continued growth, as well as following one’s curiosity. And in her words, “I am looking forward to cultivating youth through affirming community building as well as growing alongside the Rainbow Labs team.”

GIVE THIS DIVA A WARM WELCOME!🫂✨

An icon was born Today—technically Oct 3, BUT they’re on Vacation till next week(and we want them to see this!)✨

That being said, everyone, please wish our Superstar Program Coordinator, BrandElsa, a Happy Birthday! Not only do they bring energy to our organization, but they also bring spirit and heart that inspire our youth to be the best versions of themselves. They’re a change maker, an alchemist, a twirler, and a great, great friend at the Lab.

Happy (early) Birthday, Diva!🥳💜
