H.E.L.P.M.E is a movement powered by passionate philanthropists combating the homeless crisis, by providing housing and resources to those in need.

Through support & advocacy, we address the stigma placed on homeless people and replace it with community. A collaborative approach and process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care, coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services to meet the individual's needs through communication and available resources to promote patient safety, quality of care, and cost-effective outcomes.
