International Cinema Lighting Society

International Cinema Lighting Society is a global organization of Gaffers, Rigging Gaffers, Console Programmers, and Fixture Supervisors.

The International Cinema Lighting Society (ICLS) is a global organization for cinematic lighting professionals who seek a supportive, technical, inclusive, and knowledge sharing community. Our members are lighting professionals from around the world. They are the faces that bring to life every scene on a production set of a film, video, television, etc., by creating and controlling light. At ICLS,

we invite all cinematic lighting professionals to join our society so that we can learn from each other and collectively grow both personally and professionally. On a universal scale, we are determined leaders for change that are paving the way for future generations. Together, we are shaping what we know the industry can and should be.
