For nearly 3 years, we’ve partnered with Sisters of Watts to meet real needs in their community—from supporting youth and young adults to responding to urgent, on-the-ground challenges. Their team, made up of leaders who live in and understand the neighborhood, recently acquired a house to serve as a hub for after-school programs, events, and community services. When they came to us with a funding gap for critical safety repairs, we stepped in with a surprise gift to help close it. We’re proud to invest in a space—and in people—we deeply trust. Their connection to the community ensures that support goes exactly where it’s needed most.
