We lovingly prepared 76 bags of groceries, supplies, and clothing for our unhoused neighbors in Eagle Rock & HLP this week. Our bagging crew fulfilled special requests including puppy and dog food, butane, shoes, clothing, medicine and more. 🤝

After we finish filling the bags and special requests, our outreach crew rolls up to take the bags directly to our neighbors.

We had three students from ER JrSr Highschool today. 🦅🤘

We deliver this support through weekly outreach, connection to services, and policy advocacy. Our goal is to improve the lives of those who are currently unhoused in northeast LA, and to do what we can to help end the housing crisis.

Featuring Jenny Yang, Vince Caldera, Cooper Kenward, and more! All proceeds benefit NENO’s efforts to provide material support and advocacy for our unhoused neighbors in Highland Park and Eagle Rock.

Our volunteers lovingly prepared 75 bags of groceries and supplies for our unhoused neighbors in Eagle Rock & Highland Park today. We are grateful to our dedicated volunteers and generous site host

LA County is considering deep cuts to homelessness services — including the programs that keep people from losing housing in the first place. As a grassroots organization serving unhoused residents in Northeast LA, we see the human impact behind these decisions every day.

These cuts would mean:
❌ Less outreach
❌ No prevention programs
❌ No Safe Parking
❌ Fewer supports to help people find and keep housing

But we still have a voice.

The County is taking public feedback until Dec 5, and NELA deserves to be heard.

As 2025 comes to a close, help NENO prepare for another year of service. All of our funds go towards resources for our neighbors in Northeast LA, and supporting the services we provide.
