The Restaurants Care Resilience Fund is offering $5,000 grants to independent California restaurants and caterers. These grants can be used for upgrading kitchen equipment, adopting new technology, and investing in your team. Consider this your sign to apply!

WHO’S ELIGIBLE?
Small businesses must meet ALL of the following requirements:
✨ The business must be a commercial customer of PG&E or SoCalGas.
✨ California restaurants and caterers with 1 to 5 locations may apply for one location only.
✨ The applying location must have annual revenue up to $3 million.
✨ The business must be currently open.
✨ The business must have been in business at least one full year (since June 1, 2025) OR have recently expanded to a brick-and-mortar location within the last year.
✨ Previous grant recipients may apply again, provided it is for a different location or concept.

✨ Register on the County Certification Portal
You now have everything you need to create your account. The portal is your central hub for managing all your certifications going forward.
✨ Set up your County Vendor Profile
Once you’re in, we’ll complete your business profile so agencies and buyers can find and verify your information.
✨ Apply for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification
We’ll walk through submitting your WBE certification request — an important designation that recognizes your business as women-owned and expands your contracting opportunities.
✨ RAMPLA Registration
We will review how to get your business onto the City registration system so you show up when agencies are ready to hire.
