The Eternal Light Foundation Welcome to the official Eternal Light page, a place for seekers of truth, peace and love. Our Meditation Sangha embraces all Traditions.

The purpose of The Eternal Light Foundation is to help all sentient beings through charity, awaking, social upliftment, and ecological conservation. Our group meets throughout the month, On Zoom and in person in LA. We teach over 112 meditations, offer discourses on many spiritual topics and host many events throughout the year. Sangha groups are a wonderful opportunity to come together and be imm

ersed in Meditations and Discourses. Sangha means community. Being part of a Meditation Sangha means you are a part of a network of members that come together for teachings of self-realization, have discussions, meditate and share food.
