One of the hardest questions after a cancer diagnosis can sound deceptively simple:

“How can I help?”

The truth is, figuring out what you need while navigating appointments, treatment, side effects, work, family, and life… can feel impossible.

That’s why WE GOT THIS created the Registry.

Think of it as a free tool that helps cancer patients create a personalized list of products, services, and essentials they actually need, then share it with friends, family, and their community.

Here’s how it works:
→ Create your free registry
→ Add items from almost any retailer or website
→ Personalize it with your story and needs
→ Share the link with people who want to support you

Supporters purchase items directly through the listed retailers and send them to the registry owner. WE GOT THIS does not purchase or fulfill items. We simply make it easier to connect support with real needs.

Because nobody should have to spend their energy repeating what they need over and over again.

99% of breast cancer deaths are caused by metastatic disease. Let’s talk about why that matters.

Most people still don't understand what metastatic disease is, how it differs from early-stage cancer, or why continued research matters so deeply.

In this conversation, Elissa Kalver and Jake Messier talk about the realities of living with metastatic breast cancer and why visibility matters.

Because awareness isn't just about pink ribbons or annual campaigns. It's about helping people understand that breast cancer can become a lifelong diagnosis. It's about making sure metastatic patients are included in the conversations that shape research priorities, public perception, and the future of care.

Behind every statistic is a person building a career, raising a family, creating art, showing up for friends, and doing their best to live a full life while navigating an incurable disease.

The more people understand metastatic breast cancer, the better equipped we are to advocate for a future where more people have more options, more time, and better quality of life.

Still not over this night.

WE GOT THIS on Broadway was everything we hoped it would be and more. A room full of wildly talented people showing up with so much heart for the cancer community.

To everyone who performed, donated, livestreamed, bought tickets, shared the event, or simply showed up to support… thank you. Truly.

The energy in the room was electric in that very specific New York theater-kid-meets-big-hearted-community kind of way. So much laughter. So much honesty. So much love for the people navigating cancer and the people beside them.

And every single person on that stage brought something special to the night.

Huge thank you to Kara Lindsay, Elissa Kalver, Nikki Renée Daniels, Aaron Albano, Michael Mott, Tommy Bracco, Caroline Bowman, Austin Colby, Jared Dixon, Christine Dwyer, Gina Baez, Kirsten Scott, JJ Caruncho, Sarrah Strimel, Caileigh Scott, Q Smith, Jordan Kai Burnett, Kate Micucci, Matt DeAngelis, Kerry Butler, and everyone who helped make this night happen behind the scenes.

This community continues to amaze us.

Thank you for supporting wegotthis.org 🖤🎙️

Cancer sucks. But this community definitely doesn’t.

Some of the most impacted people in cancer community don’t have a diagnosis.

The role of the caregiver is not only essential, it’s newsworthy.

Thank you to and for prioritizing our interview this week and helping shine a light on the people walking beside patients every single day.

In this conversation, Eric, who is the husband of our founder/CEO Elissa, shares something so many caregivers know intimately: the balancing act of staying strong, keeping things moving, accepting help when it’s offered, and learning that you do not have to carry every part of this alone.

Caregivers become schedulers, advocates, drivers, note takers, emotional support, researchers, and somehow still try to be partners, parents, friends, and themselves.

Thank you to Eric [] for sharing this side of the experience and reminding us that support matters for the whole circle around a patient too.

At WE GOT THIS, we’re building for patients, survivors, thrivers, and the people walking beside them.

Did you know men can get breast cancer?

Our friend Jake Messier has a pretty simple goal. Make sure more people know men can get breast cancer.

Because too many people still hear “breast cancer” and assume it could never apply to them. And that assumption can cost someone time or it can cost them their life.

In this conversation, Jake talks about why visibility matters, what advocacy looks like when you’re living it in real time, and how one honest conversation can completely change the way someone responds to their own body.

These conversations matter because cancer doesn’t always look the way people expect it to.
