Did you know that healthy eating can help protect your family from lead exposure?
Foods rich in calcium, iron, and vitamin C can help prevent lead from being absorbed into the body. 🥛🥬 🍊
Calcium (found in milk, cheese, and yogurt) helps keep lead out of bones.
Iron (beans, lean meats, spinach) helps block lead from entering the bloodstream.
Vitamin C (oranges, tomatoes, bell peppers) helps your body absorb iron better.
