MOV2GO FOUNDATION DELIVERS ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY CAREER CENTER - ADULT TECHNICAL TRAINING
Superintendent Huffman and members of the Board,
My name is Jeff Totten, I am the CEO/Founder and Executive Director of the MOV2Go Foundation located at 614 Arrowhead Road Little Hocking Ohio 45742
I am here today to discuss defamatory allegations made against me and the MOV2GO Foundation... allegations that I believe have originated at the Washington County Career Center.
On Thursday, October 23, 2025 I attended a meeting of the Rotary Club of Marietta, to address the organization as the Assistant Governor of District 6690.
Following the meeting, I was approached by Dr. Tasha Werry, Executive Director of Building Bridges to Careers, and was told that one of her Administrators, Kristi Leonard-Webber, had been informed by Washington County Career Center personnel that I was "Grooming" children.
Additionally, I was informed that these individuals voiced concerns about students staying at my house, and about me transporting my students in a "creepy" van.
Yes, MOV2GO owns and operates a 15-passenger van that is used to transport students. It is covered in an MOV2GO vehicle wrap, that most of you have seen out and about.
Yes, students occasionally stay at the MOV2GO facility. As most know, MOV2GO is located on my residential property. The studio is in a stand-alone structure located 15 feet from my home. The Office, Conference Room, Kitchenette, Bathrooms, and Theater are all in my basement, which has its own entrance, preventing students from the need to enter my living quarters.
On Fridays, following High School Football, students may opt to sleep in one of the 6 recliners located in the theater room.
These kids have just spent their entire day in school, and their entire evening working a football game. Sometimes we don’t arrive back at the studio until after midnight.
The last thing I need is for a teenager to be out on the road after midnight on a Friday Night. As we all know, absolutely nothing good ever happens on Fridays after midnight.
Now that those rumors have been addressed, dispelled, and their point of origin has been disclosed, lets move on.
When I received the original complaint, I immediately reached out to Jesse Roush to voice my concerns. Not only is Jessie a former founding board member of the MOV2GO Foundation, he is a current board member of the Washington County Career Center.
After voicing my concerns with Jesse, he assured me that he would address the issue with those at WCCC and put an end to all of this. At that moment, this became water under the bridge.
On Tuesday April 28, 2026 a similar situation occurred. I was contacted by an anonymous individual and was given the names of numerous individuals who had been privy to conversations regarding me and MOV2GO. They indicated that during these conversations, the term "grooming" was once again used.
Of the names listed, I recognized two of them.
The first was Heather Warner with an organization called Go Packs. Though I had never met Heather, I was aware of Go Packs and the incredible work that they do preparing meals for less fortunate kids.
The second was Cameron Barlow. Cameron is one of my NFL Flag coaches and someone that I’ve gotten to know over the past couple of years. Due to my relationship with Cameron, I reached out and inquired as to what she had heard and when.
She explained that, during a board meeting, Heather shared the fact that she had been informed by individuals at the Career Center that I was not only a "Groomer", but that I also had a criminal record in California for crimes against children... ie: pe******ia.
On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, I contacted both Kristi Leonard-Webber and Heather Warner in an attempt to discuss their involvement in the matter.
During my conversation with Ms. Leonard-Webber she did confirm hearing this information at the Career Center, and indicated that she had a responsibility to inform Dr. Werry at BB2C. When I asked her if she would be willing to reveal her source, she declined to do so prior to seeking legal counsel.
My conversation with Heather Warner was quite different. She admitted to receiving information about me from the Career Center close to a year ago, but then originally claimed to have had no further discussion or any additional recent information pertaining to the accusations.
As our conversation continued and I pressed a bit, she did inform me that she had been involved in a recent conversation regarding me and the MOV2GO program.
According to Ms. Warner, MOV2GO had been recommended by another individual to provide summer education for some local kids, at which time she encouraged the others to research me and the program prior to making their decision.
When I asked her if she had referred to me using the term "Groomer", she replied by saying, "I can’t remember”.
When I asked her if she said anything along the lines of me having a criminal record in California pertaining to crimes against children or pe******ia, her response was, "I don’t recall”.
With all due respect, I firmly believe that, had she not said these things, her answer would have been resounding, NO.
Mr. Huffman, You are the Superintendent of the Washington County Career Center. It is your job to be aware of anything and everything that occurs on that campus. It is your job to maintain law and order. It is your job to get to the bottom of this.
I have provided you with the names of two individuals who have knowledge of this situation, one of whom receives 50% of her annual salary from the institution that you were hired to govern. This is not only a demand for accountability, this is a demand for action.
Appearing in your presence is a woman with an Order to Cease and Desist. You have 7 days to provide me with a written response. Failure to comply will result in harsh consequences, including an Order to Show Cause. Once received, you will have 30 days to provide proof of the grooming and the criminal allegations.
Failure to comply will result in a defamation lawsuit naming:
Kristi Leonard-Webber,
Heather Warner,
Anthony Huffman,
and The Washington County Career Center as defendants.
In closing, might I remind you that we are in the business of educating and empowering the youth, and this has all been nothing more than a disgusting display by individuals entrusted by the community to act in the best interests of our children.
I can ensure you that none of this is in the best interest of any child.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Thank you for your time in this matter. I sincerely hope that you all have a wonderful weekend.
