FALL BLAST 5K run/walk raising money to support local charities This is a local 5K run/walk to raise money for a LOCAL charity.

The course is easy, the goodie bags are the best in the county and the food is one of a kind. This race is held the first Saturday of every October in Lititz. The entire staff at HARTZ Physical Therapy puts months of planning and organizing to make this event one of the best.

We’ve got big feel-good news to share! 🎉✨

We had the absolute pleasure of presenting a $17,000 check to Milagro House — that’s 100% of the proceeds from this year’s Fall Blast 5K! 🏃‍♀️💙

To our runners, sponsors, and volunteers: YOU are the real MVPs. Your energy, kindness, and community spirit made this possible, and your support helps Milagro House continue empowering women and children right here at home.

And of course… a giant shoutout to our unstoppable Race Director, Wendy Enck, for knocking it out of the park once again! 🙌🔥

🍁The Fall Blast 5K is more than a race — it’s a celebration of community, generosity, and heart.

Thanks to every runner, walker, sponsor, and volunteer who made this year’s event a success. Together, we enjoyed perfect weather, shared plenty of smiles, and raised funds to support Milagro House. Because when we move together, we make an impact that lasts far beyond the finish line.
