When we saw the theme for World Mental Health Day 2026, “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” we were struck by how aligned this theme is with CJR's mission and the way we support youth and families. Every voice matters. Every individual should have the opportunity - and the necessary supports - to make meaningful changes in their lives. Today we recognize the strength and bravery of those who have overcome mental health challenges and rally behind those who are currently working through them. Your mental health matters - and our team is always here to help.
