🏒⭐ BIG SHOUTOUT TO ONE OF OUR OWN — MILENA McBRIDE! ⭐🏒

Linwood Street Hockey is proud to recognize Milena McBride, who was named Player of the Game following Team NJ’s hard-fought 3–1 victory over a very talented Massachusetts team!

As the youngest — and only 2016-born player — on Team NJ, Milena was given a huge responsibility: defending some of Massachusetts’ top offensive players. She stepped up to the challenge in this game and again in the championship game, helping Team NJ complete their run to a GOLD MEDAL! 🥇

A huge congratulations to four Linwood Street Hockey players who earned the opportunity to represent Team New Jersey at the Future Stars Ball Hockey Invitational in New York this past weekend!

REMINDER

We are extremely happy to announce that our Fall Chipmunk program will continue to be FREE OF CHARGE!!! Registration is now open. This is for ages 4-6 years old (Birth Years 2020, 2021, 2022). Your child must be 4 by August 15th. Chipmunks is an introduction to street hockey with instruction held 2x a week varying between Monday through Friday for 1 hour, with a scrimmage/game following (we all know that the kids only want to play!!). Your kids will love it!! We will also offer a few clinics throughout the season led by former players.

Registration will close Sunday, August 16th and the season will begin end of August and run through mid-October. To register, please visit our website for online registration at www.linwoodstreethockey.com.

Calling all Linwood Street Hockey Beaver Division hockey players for a Wednesday night pick up game. Put your screens down, grab your gear, and meet us at the rink. 8:00pm start time. Full equipment required and bring your water bottles to stay hydrated!

Registration for our All Girls Teams is now open! The season is aiming to start Sunday, August 23rd and ends with playoffs in EHT early November. Looking at an 8 game season followed by single elimination playoffs. Games will be played on Sunday afternoons and will likely start at 4pm with the last games starting at 7/8. The age groups are as follows:

10U - Birth Years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
14U - Birth Years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015
18U - Birth Years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011

New players are welcome and encouraged. All players will receive a jersey.

Lastly, registration closes August 3rd.
